Field Fence

Field fence also known as farm fence, woven wire fence, sheep fence, are designed to withstand stock pressure in specific grazing applications and offered in a wide variety of heights and styles that feature graduated spacing that starts with narrow openings at bottom which prevents the entry of small animals. 

Now, we have two different type of woven wire field fence,  one is hinge joint field fence, another one is new fixed knot high tensile field fence.

Due to the better economy and versatility, traditional hinge joint field fences are still loved by the market and users, and are widely used in agricultural farms, livestock breeding fences and industrial fences. Our hinge joint fences are tightly wound and do not slide easily after impact, and supply in both mild steel and high tensile steel quality.

Fixed Kont Field Fence is a modern fencing solution that using high tensile galvanised wire that can be strained tighter than mild steel .

• Strong knotting that prevents wire from slipping;
• Using high tensile galvanised wire for maximum fence strength and resist damage from impacts
• it does not stretch with weathering, so does not need to be retightened annually
• Half as many posts are required
• It is quicker to erect

Standard hot dip galvanised steel wire with zinc coating ≥40-60g/mm2 (100-120g/mm2 is available also )

Heavy galvanised steel wire with minimum zinc coating ≥245g/mm2 (BS EN-10244)

Zinc aluminum alloy wire （5% alu+95% zinc and 10% alu+90%)

Tensile strength of mild steel field fence : 700-900/mm2 for horinzontal wire , 450-550n/mm2 for stay wire 

Tensile strength of high tensile field fence : 1200-1250/mm2 for horinzontal wire , 450-550n/mm2 for stay wire
